Reservation of room

It is very convenient to book rooms in the hotel Grand Mark. The hotel reservation is rigidly based on the advance payment system, the prepayment is calculated as one-day tariff. You may transfer the payment using any method convenient for you, including clearing settlement and credit card payment. The booking is made not later than one day before the checkout time. Hotel Grand Mark accepts reservation orders on the basis of properly filled form submitted by the client.

Reservation is possible under the application submitted by phone, e-mail or another method convenient for the client. The preliminary booking confirmation takes place not later than 24 hours after receipt of the application.

Both individual tourists and small tourist groups may book rooms in the hotel Grand Mark. The reservation for tourist groups does not differ from similar applications to be filled by individual clients. We should note, however, that we charge advance payment for the first accommodation day on all booked rooms.
